After successful payment confirmation, the download link is normally provided automatically by email and/or on the order status page. No shipping fees apply.

Files are normally made available immediately after payment is confirmed. In individual cases, payment review, technical issues, or delayed email delivery may cause a short delay.

If your download is missing

Please first check your spam or promotions folder and confirm that the email address entered during checkout is correct. If the link does not arrive, has expired, or a file is corrupted, contact us at kontakt@bellyforge.com and include your order number.

You are responsible for downloading and securely storing the files within a reasonable period after delivery. Before purchasing, please review the file formats and technical requirements stated on the product page. Your statutory rights regarding defective digital products remain unaffected.

International orders

Digital products can be purchased in the countries available at checkout. Because no physical goods are shipped, no shipping, customs, or import charges apply to delivery. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout in accordance with the store and market settings.
