Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bellyforge, owner: Nils Oliver Baumfalk, Sistenichstraße 33, 50169 Kerpen, Germany, phone: +49 15679 821173, email: kontakt@bellyforge.com) by a clear statement, for example by email or letter, of your decision to withdraw. You may also use the electronic withdrawal function in your customer account or on the order status page. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal statement. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Early expiry for digital content

For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we begin performance of the contract if you have expressly consented in advance to performance beginning before the withdrawal period has expired, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal when performance begins, and we have provided the legally required contract confirmation.

Defective or unavailable downloads

Your statutory rights regarding defective digital products remain unaffected. If a file is corrupted, a download is missing, or the product does not function as described, please contact us at kontakt@bellyforge.com so that we can replace the download or provide another remedy required by law.
